A: This will vary depending on the complexity of the website, the average is  1-2 weeks.

Q: What Video formats can Rebel Monroe Productions transfer video from?
A: At the moment we are only doing VHS, and miniDV.  But we are looking into other formats.

Q: What if the domain name I want is taken, what do I do?
A: As sad as it is not to get the domain name you want, RMP will get you the best possible domain that fits your site.

Q: What is the refund policy of rebelmonroepro.com?
A: We don't do refunds due to the time that gets put in to building a website or making your videos into DVDs, but we will work out the problem.
